"The creation of something new is not accomplished by the intellect but by the play instinct."– Carl Jung
My background and leadership roles include everything from directing and supervising respite services to hands-on management and delivery of a full range of support services for individuals with developmental disabilities. I have worked for Kerry's Place Autism Services and Hopewell Support Services, as well as contracting a significant amount of work with an ABA lens for children with a variety of needs and abilities.
I am certified through the Crisis Prevention Institute as an instructor, as well as being a first aid and CPR responder. I have a BA in Sociology and Indigenous Studies.
Now, through a range of individualized services, I have created a place where parents have access to respite programs that engage their children in playful learning, skill-building, personal growth, fun, laughter, and a sense of belonging. My goal is to provide you with a safe and meaningful respite experience for your loved one(s) along with a break for caregivers.
