Adult Supports

Our adult supports are for adults (18+) with varying abilities and needs. The supports are person-centered with a focus on promoting independence, dignity, and community inclusion. We tailor the assistance to each individual's strengths, preferences, and goals. These supports can include skill-building for daily living and employment, supported decision-making, budgeting, along with social and recreational opportunities that foster relationships and well-being.
